The order included a full container of pallet racking, about 68 cubic meters and roughly 25 tons, along with a smaller container of double-sided cantilever racks, around 25 cubic meters and 11 tons. Everything is headed to support a new warehouse project they're setting up in Copenhagen, so timing was pretty important on this one.
To be honest, the schedule was a bit tight toward the end. We had to speed things up during the final couple of days to make sure everything was ready for loading. The team handled it well though, and we got both systems finished and checked in time.
The cantilever racks were configured with adjustable arms for long and irregular materials, while the pallet racking followed European standards, including the required bracing. The customer also paid close attention to coating thickness this time, so we double-checked that before shipment to avoid any issues after arrival.
We've already shipped to this client a few times this year, so the communication went pretty smoothly. They know what they need, and we understand their expectations, which definitely helps when timelines are tight.
Both containers left Shanghai earlier this week. One is going directly to Copenhagen, and the other is heading to Aarhus. This time the paperwork was sorted out in advance, so everything moved without delays, which is always a relief.
It's always a good feeling seeing another batch of our racking systems heading out, especially to repeat customers. We'll keep things moving and make sure the next orders go just as smoothly.
If you're working on a warehouse setup and need racking delivered on schedule, feel free to reach out. We're happy to take a look at your project and see how we can help.
