15 tons of load + 68 cubic modular design, enabling smart warehousing upgrades
Tebang, a global leader in industrial shelves, has completed the delivery of customized pallet shelves for Taiwanese technology companies, setting a new benchmark for warehousing efficiency in the Asia-Pacific region

Recently, Tebang Group, an internationally renowned manufacturer of warehousing equipment, announced that its heavy-duty pallet shelf system customized for a high-end technology manufacturing company in Taiwan has been successfully produced and delivered by sea. This project shipped a total of 15 tons of shelf components with a total volume of 68 cubic meters. The use of Tebang's patented modular modular shelf design will help customers increase warehouse space utilization by more than 50%.
Project highlights: technological breakthroughs and localized adaptation
1. Super strong load-bearing performance
This batch of pallet shelves is made of Q235B high-strength cold-rolled steel, with a single-layer static load of 2.5 tons and a dynamic load of 1.8 tons, which is perfectly adapted to Taiwan's earthquake-prone climate environment. The rack columns are equipped with double C-shaped groove structure and anti-dump bolt system, and have passed ISO 9001 quality certification and Taiwan CNS 14876 storage equipment safety standard.
2. Intelligent space optimization
In response to the special needs of the customer's warehouse with a net height of 8.2 meters, the Tebang design team innovatively adopted a four-layer beam rack layout, combined with adjustable layer height (50mm spacing fine-tuning), to achieve efficient division of 68 cubic meters of three-dimensional storage space, compatible with standard European pallets and customized material boxes.
3. Fast assembly technology
The prefabrication rate of shelf components is 95%, and with snap-on connectors and laser positioning installation guides, the on-site assembly efficiency is 40% higher than that of traditional shelves. At the same time, it is equipped with anti-rust galvanized layer and anti-collision corner guards to ensure long-term stability.

Taiwan market strategy: from shelf supply to warehousing ecosystem construction
Tebang Asia Pacific Director Li Mingzhe said: "This cooperation is not only the delivery of pallet shelves, but also the implementation of intelligent warehousing solutions. We simultaneously deployed a WMS shelf management system for customers, and achieved a comprehensive upgrade from 'hardware shelves' to 'digital warehousing' through RFID cargo location tracking and 3D inventory visualization."
Currently, Tebang has established a localized service team in Taiwan to provide value-added services such as shelf safety testing, dynamic load assessment, and old shelf transformation and recycling, and has reached a strategic cooperation with Evergreen Shipping to ensure that the shelf logistics time is controlled within 12 working days.
Industry impact: Redefining the value standard of storage shelves. This project has attracted great attention from the Asia-Pacific warehousing industry:
1. Energy saving and carbon reduction: The production of shelves adopts arc furnace short-process steelmaking technology, reducing carbon footprint by 32%;
2. Flexible expansion: Supports seamless connection of future purchases of drive-in shelves or shuttle shelves;
3. Cost advantage: Compared with traditional shelves, the maintenance cost of the entire life cycle is reduced by 27%.
"Tebang's pallet racks are not simple storage tools, but the 'efficiency engine' of the enterprise supply chain." Chen Zhihao, warehousing director of a cooperative customer, commented, "The one-stop service from rack selection to digital operation and maintenance has allowed us to seize the initiative in the fierce market competition."
