The Drive in Rack Pallet System is a high-density storage solution designed specifically for large quantities of goods with few SKUs. Its structure reduces the number of warehouse passages, allowing forklifts to directly enter the shelf passages for pallet access, maximizing the use of vertical and horizontal space, and increasing storage density by more than 70% compared to traditional shelves. Suitable for low-frequency, whole pallet entry and exit scenarios (such as food and beverage, chemical raw materials), supporting the "last in, first out" (LIFO) strategy. The system adopts a cold-rolled steel reinforced frame, with a single-layer load-bearing capacity of up to 2000kg. It has passed FEM/OSHA certification and is compatible with standard pallet sizes, making it an ideal choice for balancing storage efficiency and cost. Drive in shelves are used to store large goods with limited variety, and the warehouse space utilization rate is extremely high. In the same space, its storage capacity is almost twice that of a typical beam holder.
